- American Chiropractic Association (ACA)
- The American Chiropractic Association provides lobbying, public relations, professional and educational opportunities for doctors of chiropractic, funds research regarding chiropractic and health issues, and offers leadership for the advancement of the profession
- Canadian Chiropractic Association
- The Canadian Chiropractic Association is a national, voluntary organization representing Canada’s licensed chiropractors. The CCA is committed to enhancing the health of Canadians by supporting clinical excellence, chiropractic research and inter-disciplinary collaboration.
- Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board
- The Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board (CCEB) conducts clinical competency exams for individuals seeking licensure to practice chiropractic in Canada. The CCEB is responsible for the development, delivery, and administration of four exams: Component A, Component B, Component C, and the Practitioner Assessment Examination (PAE).
A Certificate of Registration from the CCEB is required for chiropractors who wish to apply for provincial licensure. Registration is not the same as licensure. CCEB Registration is recognized in whole or in part by all Provincial Licensing Bodies in Canada
- Councils on Chiropractic Education International (CCEI)
- The Councils on Chiropractic Education International (CCEI) is an organization of chiropractic accrediting bodies worldwide. CCEI is committed to excellence in chiropractic education through emphasis on quality in its Model Core Chiropractic Accreditation Standards, and by aiding in the development and recognition of new accrediting bodies in geographic regions where such agencies are not currently recognized.
CCEI provides accreditation services through its assigned member organizations to chiropractic educational entities situated in areas not currently served by a CCEI member agency. Accreditation agency actions and status designations for chiropractic educational entities that award equivalent degrees are mutually endorsed on the basis of membership in CCEI.
- International Chiropractors Association (ICA)
- The International Chiropractors Association (ICA) is the world's oldest international chiropractic professional organization representing practitioners, students, chiropractic assistants, educators and lay persons world-wide dedicated to the growth and development of the chiropractic profession based on its fundamental principles and philosophy.
- World Federation of Chiropractic (WFC)
- The World Federation of Chiropractic (WFC) has national associations of chiropractors in 86 countries as its voting members, and represents them and the chiropractic profession internationally. Many individuals and organizations support its work as associate members. The WFC has been a non-governmental organization or NGO in official relations with the World Health Organization (WHO) since 1997, and collaborates with many similar associations representing other healthcare professions.
